Competency Assessment System

The system consists of the following core processes:

• Expected Position Planning
  Define target or desired job positions as part of career planning.

• Multi-Source Assessment
  Conduct assessments by supervisors, peers, subordinates, and self-assessment (360-degree evaluation).

• Individual Development Planning
  Create personal development plans based on assessment results from others and the expected competency levels of the target position.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Integration
  Link recommended courses and learning programs with the organization’s existing Learning Management System (LMS).
