At FissionSoft, Fissent Technology and One Portal, employee well-being is a top priority. To ensure good health and readiness for the year ahead, both companies organized the annual health check-up program from September 16.

The program included comprehensive health assessments such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney function, and physical fitness tests. Employees received their results along with personalized health recommendations for better self-care.

Beyond the annual health check, both companies also maintain a dedicated Health and Welfare Department that provides continuous guidance and support for employees’ well-being—ensuring that everyone stays healthy, energized, and fully equipped to perform at their best.
