Collect employee history, reminders, leave, training history, seminars
Supervise and control the recording of leave information overtime
Taking care of various employment contracts, informing about social security and provident fund
Supervise the sending of personnel of the company to various training seminars
Organize annual travel and various parties
Collect allowance Employee reimbursement to deliver to the Finance Department
Collect and summarize employee monthly performance measurement data.

Order tools, equipment and supplies in the company
Notify the repair of working equipment or any part in the office there is damage
Maintain equipment stock

Qualification
Male/Female, age 25 years and over
Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration/Social Sciences/Humanities or other related
At least 2 years of working experience in HR field
Good communication skills and personality Negotiation Techniques
Able to use basic computers (Ms.Office/HR Software)
Flexibility in working hours
Attention to detail and attention to work
